Our body has a lot of wisdom to impart if we listen. Listen to it, care for it, it’s the soft place where our heart lies, it is our ultimate home.
About my classes//
sit :: beginning with guided meditation we will move into stillness. as our thoughts come and go we will allow our experiences to move through us.
move :: bringing focus to the body today to move out of our thoughts, mind chatter we will journey through our body. each being a unique vehicle.
rest :: closing our practice we will lay resting in savasana for deep restoration of the physical, mind and spirit.
